When it came to defining us,they were incompetent

And when they told us, we wouldn’t make it they were inaccurate

We might seem a bit inconsistent

But our minds dream dreams that are immaculate

We overlooked them coz we knew they’d underestimate

From our side there was no second guessing

Coz we knew our blessings

We made peace with our backgrounds
